We cut to a modern classic fit — clean through the shoulder, easy through the body, never tight. Most people take their usual size. Every product page lists the model's height and the size worn, alongside a full measurement table in inches for each size.

Check the measurement table on the product page and compare it to a piece you already own and like — that's more reliable than any general rule. Where something runs noticeably large or small, we say so on the page. We'd rather tell you upfront than have it come back.

Full composition is listed on every product page. We work mainly in natural fibres — cotton, wool, linen and leather — chosen because they hold their shape and improve with wear. Where we use a blend, we say what's in it.

Care instructions are on every product page and on the label. As a rule: wash cotton cold and hang it to dry, and let wool and tailoring rest between wears rather than washing often. A cool wash will add years to most of what we make.

We prepare orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 2–12 business days depending on your location, so most orders arrive within 3–14 business days of ordering. Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves us.

US orders ship free. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Every order is tracked, wherever it's going.

Yes, worldwide, through USPS, DHL, UPS and their local partners. International orders may attract customs or import duties on arrival. These are set by your country and collected by local authorities, so they're the recipient's responsibility.

You have 30 days from delivery. Send it back unworn with tags attached and we'll refund to your original payment method. Email us and we'll send return instructions within one business day. If you'd rather exchange for a different size, tell us and we'll hold it for you.

Email us your order number and a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. You won't pay return shipping on anything that arrived wrong — that one's ours.
